Cape May & Long Beach Island

12-1-11 the bass fishing has been fairly steady over the last few weeks. sorry i have not given a report. have been runnin every day and time just flies. tog fishing has been good as well  with quite a few fish in the 5 to 6 lbs range

11-4-11 the bass have been a pic of nice fish chunking up the bay. tuckerton have seen a few keepers on clams in the inlet.

11-01-11 the stripers have showed up in tuckerton and in cape may. both places have mostly been on the chunk. a couple dates are open. open boat dates are posted on the site.

10-25-11 the black fish action was outstanding sunday. even though we could only keep one fish per person we had a blast catching and releasing over 70 fish. we had may fish over 8 lbs and the largest 10.27 lbs

10-19-11 we are now ready for the fall bass season. our 38 henriques is in cape may . dates are still avail. and some open boat dates are posted.

10-03-11 the past month has been very slow with bad weather and most of the fising seasons closing. we are all ready for the stripers to show. we still have a couple dates for cape may stripers and some dates for tuckerton as well. hope to see you.

08-30-11 we made it through the storm with no problems. sea bass was good up to the storm and should be hot now til 9-11. closure. open boat trips every day next week.

08-21-11 fluken still holding when conditions are there. seabass has been good with nice fish to 3lbs.

8-17-11 fluke fishing has been very good with keepers to 6lbs. seabass are starting to to show up on the wrecks.

8-11-11 the past week the fluke fishing has broke open with a good number of keepers and alot of action.

8-1-11 fluke has picked up with nice keepers on full day trips. sea bass has started to show at a pic. tna action is good on inshore and steady on the offshore trips. still some macos around but got to run off. open boat trips on web site.

7/18/11 fluke fishing has been pretty good yesterday and today. keepers to 4 lbs was commen

07/16/11 the last couple days the fluke have started to bite pretty good with keepers to 5 lbs

07/11/11 this past week we have had a fair catch of seabass on the wrecks and fluke in the ocean.

07/05/11 this past week the fluke fishing has picked up a bit in the ocean. seabass has slowed down. tuna action still hot alot of small fish showing but a good number of white marlin and blue marlin as well.

6/26/11 this weekend the seabass was good with a good number of ling as well. fluke showed up in the ocean in with a good bite sat. and sun.

6/21/11 yesterdays shark trip was a great day .we landed 1 130 lb mako early am and relieced a 220+ mako late in the afternoon.

06/14/11 shark fishing has been good the past week with makos to 160 lbs. sea bass has been a pick with ling and cod still showing.

6/4/11 finished off the drum fishing with a couple 75 lbs fish . sea bass has been good with ling and cod still showing.

5/30/11 the drum bite has gotten a bit better. with fish to 70 lbs. seabass fishing has been good and there are some cod biting as well.

5/24/11 had some good drum the past week. it opened up on tuesday with fish to 80 lbs

5/15/11 we had drum in cape may to 60 lbs over the weekend. we had some 2-5 lbs blues in the bay in tuckerton on saturday.

4/24/11 the past couple weeks the weather has been bad. we did get out in tuckerton this past friday and had nice bass to 36 in.

4/10/11 we had some good bass fishing the past couple days. with fish counts in the double digits. most fish were in the 30" to 36" range with a few shorts as well. we do have an open boat on thursday 4/14 give a call if you are interested.

4/6/11 we had some nice fish today . still spotty but the water did warm up a tad. will be running open boat thursday 14th for stripers .

4/3/11  hay everyone finally after a long winter we got out to fish again. we started striper fishing out of cape may this past weekend. we had some nice fish on 4/2  to 20 lbs and sunday was little slower but managed to pull a couple out to 20 lbs. do have openings for april bassing and may drum fishing.

12-18 today we finished up our season with a catch of blackfish . it was a slow pick with water temps dropping. we will start again in the early spring with striper trips out of cape may starting april 1. thanks to all and happy holidays.

12-5 blackfishing is do well yesterday we had a nice catch of fish to 6.5 lbs. we are now done in cape may for the fall and will start early April for bass and May for drum. we will running open boat every weekend til January. call for info.

10-24 blackfished today had an outstanding day with alot of nice fish to 7 lbs. we kept 4 nice fish for the table and threw back about 45.

10-23 chunked up the bay in cape may for 8 hrs today and the bite was very slow. we did manage to find a nice 47" fish that weighed in at 35lbs.

10-19 Stripers have shown up. we had a couple nice fish to 30lbs off A.C. on the troll. the chunk has picked up in cape may with nice fish in the 35"-40" size range. we do have openings for stripers out of cape may and tuckerton call for info.

10-14 just as a reminder we will be in cape may starting oct 22 for stripers. some dates are open . we are also running striper trips out of tuckerton- L.B.I. for those who dont want to runn to cape may. if you are looking to catch a big blackfish (tog) we are running at a special rate til the season opens on Nov.16th. give us a call. check out our open boat dates for stripers as well.

10-10 seabass again was very good today just about a limit catch with some big tog to 9.8 lbs

10-9 seabass is coming to an end for the year and has shown some nice fish today with a limit catch of seabass a dozen triggers and a couple tog.

9-14 seabass was outstanding yesterday with a limit catch to 6lbs and a couple tog as well.

9-11 offshore chunking was slow in the lindy but we did manage to get tuna. on the troll we found a nice wahoo weighing in at 75 lbs and a bunch of dophin.

8-30 the past week has produced some nice fluke and seabass on the drift. we are coming to an end on the fluke season for the year but seabass should start picking up early sept. Eric was out this past week and caught a beauty of a fluke at 7.3 lbs it is the biggest he has ever caught. 

8-4 the past couple of days the fluke fishing has been pretty good with 10 to 1 keeper ratio and fish to 7 lbs.

7-31 thie past couple weeks the tuna fishing has been great with some nice yellowfin and big dophin. we had skip out on 7-28 for his first itme tuna fishing . he caught a 77" bluefin which we released in good shape. what a fish for the first one. fluke fishing has been picking up this past week with some nice keepers to 9lbs. 

7-12 this past week we have seen some nice tuna action inshore ans offshore. inshore there are alot of bluefin and some nice size dophin. offshore we have seen yellowfin to 75 lbs and there are dophin in good numbers. fluke action in the ocean is still slow but there are a few keepers being picked up. 

7-5 the past couple weeks have been up and down. shark fishing has slowed and so have the sea bass . the fluke have started to show in the ocean with smoe nice keepers to 5 lbs. open boat trips are listed on our open boat page .
6-22  Shark fishing today was slow due to no wind and no drift. we did manage to catch a nice brown about 125-150 lbs. and a few blues
